Good morning!
Last night I stayed up until 1:00 AM or so chatting with my night-owl Aunt Mary and Uncle Dave while Kendra slept. After the short night's sleep kendra woke up with a dry mouth because of the no-liquid restriction, but we just layed in bed for a few minutes saying, "i can't believe it's actually here!".
It's rare for anyone to be excited to go to the hospital, but this is one of those times and our house is buzzing right now. We're gathering the last minute toothbrushes and snacks before we head out in an hour or so.
Pa Webb greeted Dad Burgess with a gift this morning (see picture below) and everyone got a kick out of it. This is Dad Burgess' first grandchild, so Pa Webb gave him the "World's greatest Grandpa" T-shirt to make it official.
Time to get going, so be sure to say a prayer for us that things will go smooth and be as happy and exciting as we're hoping it will be.
Here’s the three women sitting on the couch as we listen to Keith Green and hang out waiting to leave:
I'll BLOG when i get a chance, but it could be after the babies come out before I can again. :) Bye bye!
